Below is a list of the coaches and other staff here at the Business Coaching Foundation. Our coaches have mini resumes available to read next to their name, which gives a brief overview and their coaching credentials, qualifications and experience.
Coaches
Tony Clarke-Holland
A member of the Association of Coaches, Tony has devoted nearly a decade challenging others to maximise their potential, unlock their creativity and take action to move themselves forward, both personally and professionally.
Boasting a strong and successful background in business, working with large blue chip companies such as Orange, Balfour Beatty, Allen & Overy and Addleshaw Goddard, his energy, positive expectations and 'can do' approach help individuals break down barriers and achieve peak performance.
Phil Dickson
Having delivered facilitation, leadership development, team building, management skills and 1 to 1 coaching provisions for over 20 years, Phil has a wealth of experience in providing practical and effective coaching support to a wide range of clients in many different commercial cultures - both nationally and internationally.
He has worked with all levels of management - from newly appointed managers all the way up to global directors of blue chip companies, and each level in between. These include - Unilever, Airbus, O2, Allianz, The Prison Service and many, many more.
Phil is licensed to deliver LIFO and Paradigm profiler instruments, and is also ILM endorsed at Level 5 for Business Coaching.
Jonathan Pulleyn
Jonathan has a over 20 years of coaching experience, working in a cross section of industries, both in sales and management.
He has accompanied sales representatives and sales managers, coaching them on specific and general skills with such companies as Crown Worldwide, Diebold, A4e and Habasit Rossi.
Executive coaching experience is from senior management to director level for many organisations, both nationally and internationally.
David Jackson
David has worked in learning & development for 10 years. During that time he has delivered training and coaching in countries all over the world including the UK, Eire and Dubai, to all levels of employees; from contact centre operatives to CEO's. His long list of clients include Santander, Egg, Tarmac, EADS and Henry Boot.
David's approach to facilitation ensures learning is committed to long term memory using a blend of styles. He is qualified as a licensed NLP Coach and NLP Master Practitioner to compliment his CIPD, and is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
Julie Thomas
Julie has delivered and designed coaching courses for people in a range of different industries over the years, from retail to manufacturing businesses and charities.
These courses have been delivered to many levels of employees from retail staff, trainers and managers of all levels. Coaching has been provided in courses such as First Line Management, Sales Coaching, Coaching for Champions and Advanced Sales Presentations.
Julie has worked with companies such as: DSG international, Sony UK, Monster Cable International and Independent National Retailers.
